Nearly 10 years ago, my non-technical co-founder was just the business guy, but he was incredibly proficient with Zapier, stringing together our entire funnel with a few zaps.
Around 2-3 years ago, in my previous company, I brought Zapier to the team to create internal efficiency tools. Someone we hired as a "do-everything" guy took over, and we called it ops.
Nowadays, it's mostly just me again. Except instead of "business guy" or getting "ops" confused with "devops", I get to call it #nocode.
What about you?
