I'm a big believer in looking after myself, as the saying goes "your health is your wealth"
Every day I make sure I exercise, drink plenty of water, eat my fruit, veg and protein, take my vitamins and do some yoga. I recently started drinking bone broth as I heard there are a ton of benefits.
What ONE thing do you daily to improve your health?
Less computer, more exercise.
Love it
If weather permits (and it usually does in Cali!), I take a run outside. A good run is exercise + meditation.
I run 3-4 times a week and go to the gym/swimming pool the rest of the days but if I'd have to choose a single thing, it would be to eat healthy food. You are what you eat 🥦🥑🥗🍅
100%
I run 40 - 50 miles per week.
I don't think I could ever run that much - I already have a very hard time running for 2 miles. I like to bike around though.
Used to run but started getting knee pain so stopped.
Nothing fancy. Exercise every day first thing in the morning — alternating between running, HIIT, and strength workouts. Walk my dogs every morning and evening. Eat well. Drink lot of water. Sleep 7+ hours.
Love the variation, keeps things fresh.
I plan out my work/life routine online on a weekly timetable, but like @rosiesherry said, don't beat myself up if I don't always achieve what I'd set out to do. I exercise every other day and that really is amazing for staying well, physically but even more so mentally!
I usually find that my mental health always improves when I look after my body.
I try everyday to do well and be balanced in my approach to life, but I don't give myself a hard time if I don't live up to my own expectations.
A well balanced approach is the key.
