What do you hate about YouTube?

What do you hate about YouTube? What don't you like about it? What would you like to do, but can't do?

Medium length video content networks are a positive force for good. With medium length video content, I can get entertained, informed, educated. And content does not need to be necessarily fresh. It generally stays relevant over a long period of time. Amazing.

It's now years that, from time to time, I stop and fantasize about a better YouTube. Its design and UX have never evolved to better fit the different types of content (MrBeast vs learning) or creators' needs (Patreon, OnlyFans). Without mentioning the obscene amount of ads and subscription cries for attention.

But it does not make sense to just create a "better" YouTube. It needs to solve a very specific set of problems, to kickstart a network effect. And this is why I am asking your help.
