What do you use to accept money from your first customers?

Hi IH,

Just curious -- I've been working on the MVP of my product, so I've been wondering how others approach transacting money if you have customers willing and ready to buy. I imagine there has to be some time invested in integrating with stripe for a subscription-based SaaS.

Thanks!

I haven't launched my app yet, but I'm probably going to use Paddle, because Stripe isn't available in my country yet (Ukraine) and probably won't be here for a long time. Paddle also handles EU VAT taxes, so that's a huge relief to not having to think about that.

I also went with Paddle. I really like that they handle everything regarding VAT.

Stripe -- even on small scale, it's extremely well thought out and easy to implement.

You can also use Stripe's UI to create a subscription and send customers an invoice that captures their payment to start the recurring charge

Stripe is really easy to integrate. They have really good documentation and walk you through the exact steps to set it up.
