What does your blog promotion process look like?

As a follow up to my previous post about blogging stacks, I'm interested in learning more about what your post promotion process/workflow looks like.

My guess is that reponses won't be as diverse as the type of blogging stack you use, but I could be wrong...

I hear a lot of people using Twitter and other social media platforms, but I'm curious to hear about the specifics.

After you've published a blog post, what exactly do you do/use to promote your posts?

Is there a specific technique that you use that works really well for you (posting at a certain time, etc)?

Thanks!
