What I Learned From 3.5 Years as a Product Leader at a VC Backed SaaS Startup

As I recently changed job, I took time to reflect on my experience at Elium, a VC backed startup I worked for during 3,5 years. I’m really happy to let you know that it just got published on Hacker Noon.

Among other, I share couple of things I’ve learned (sometimes the hard way):

🤯 It’s not easy to shift from solo product manager to the Head of Product.

📢 You can never communicate enough.

🔗 You’re as strong as your weakest link.

😞 It’s okay to fire people.

📈 The market is always right.
