What is your favorite HTTP Client and why?

👋

I have been using Postman every day for the last three years. When I double-click it, there is time to ask myself one question: why does it take so long to open?
This is frustrating. I looked into alternatives. I even made a list of all HTTP clients I came across. But I still couldn't find what I was looking for. Most of those use web technologies, just like postman Postman. Others lack cross-platform support.
That's why I decided to start working on Carger - a cross-platform, fast, and light HTTP client for manual APIs testing.

❓ Am I the only one bothered by Postman's load time? Or maybe you found a better alternative?

Follow me on Twitter, where I will be documenting the development process.

Load times are a bit annoying but not a huge issue.
What I would like is to easily use grpc and max request per second benchmarking from postman. Also I would like to get a count of the number of objects I get returned from the API as well as sorting and filtering of the data and in general a better editor experience.
