    I wrote this post awhile ago, but I'd love to add something from a recent IndieHackers podcast.

    In ep 161 with Sam Parr, Sam talked about "avoiding a $5 a month SaaS".

    I tweeted Sam asking how to pivot if I've already started one of those businesses.

    His answer was simple

    quit. start working on something different

    Which leads to rule number four.

    Don't build something that's cheap
