This is such a great question Alex! I wonder, could you expand a little on what you consider to be your personal brand / where you're hoping to take it?
This product Coolors is fun to play with, and is what I've been using to find a 'brand palette'.
Otherwise I use Twitter, Medium, and built myself a really simple website on Carrd.
I haven't ever measured any of this....but I really do notice a significant difference in the number of helpful contacts I meet when I'm posting more online so there's certainly a correlation there!
The question I always have is how to split things out and still connect things. I don't think that my writing, and my wine project, and myself should all be the exact same brand - but I feel like they should feel cohesive. How to do that....I'm still working on it.
I'm still learning, but I personally use Twitter and my own blog as the core parts. From there, I extend my reach by cross-posting articles on Medium, DEV.to and HashNode.
I'm not using tools at the moment, but I'm going to start soon in order to accelerate growth.

I saw a great post recently about using colour to help build your brand which I'm about to start playing around with.

How are currently measuring your growth?
I manually track a few indicators like follower count, visits on my homepage, visits on my current project page (https://dev-concepts.dev)
