What's the biggest challenge you face?

What is the biggest challenge you face with your product currently?

If you had a free hour with a Product expert, what would you need help with the most:

  • Product positioning?
  • user testing?
  • strategy?
  • articulating your vision?
  • figuring out your value proposition?
  • validating the market?
  • how to do market research?
  • using frameworks like the business model canvas?
  • building a pitch deck?
  • getting traction?
  • product-led growth?
  • launching?

or something else?

Right now I'd say my biggest challenge is having a replicable sales process, especially regarding generating high-quality leads week to week. Some weeks we're able to find really good leads and other weeks not so much. Consistency will help me greatly in predicting revenue growth and planning next steps.

I’m intrigued… this should be very possible assuming this is for chat-kitty? How about a 1 hour call in exchange for a short testimonial if you feel I was able to help you?

That sounds awesome. Appreciate it @typeofgraphic. I'll DM you for details :)

Product positioning, I'm trying to launch a form backend service, but I don't think that's quite the main thing, been reading Obviously Awesome and I feel identified when I say it's a form backend but special, I think I should market it something like user feedback.

Is this related to BravoAlt or something else? BravoAlt should be killing it, your solving a really hard problem with that - one which people want to automate as much as possible. Sounds like the idea might be a kind "headless" survey tool or something? Message me directly and explain a bit more, then we can always talk it over for an hour if I feel I can help you out (for free, just in exachange for a testimonial if you find the advice helps you)

Of course. It's for a tool called formNest, I'm currently building it. I'll leave you an email, is that cool for you? Thanks.

email is great, send me a link and some more detail. Look forward to hearing from you :)

University, not that it's a challenge or problem just that I really don't get time to build and stuff. And I always have all these ideas in my head

Write all of them down. All of them. Flesh them out a bit when you write them down so when you read them in six months they make sense. Writing down ideas helps me to let them go and focus more on what I should be doing. Doing this for me helped me be more present and just "be" in the moment and focus on what's important (i.e. university). Connect with people, not just ideas :)

You ok? I can recommend some books for building habits and others that help me get out of my own way :)

      1. 1

Habits? Why do you say "habits"? Hahaha it's about I always doubt in what I'm doing, in results, in success what makes me a real enemy to myself :))))

What about setting yourself a challenge (build 3 MVPs in 3 months) or joining a mastermind group to keep you accountable?

          1. 1

I don't need it to do an MVP or the whole product. The issue comes after when I have marketing.
