When is a business real?

I'm finally entering remission from "impostor syndrome" - going from "I think I'm going to start a business" to "I have a real business". Is this something anyone else experienced? Getting from "is this just business cosplay?" to "this is a real business" took me 6 months, compressed here to a 2-minute read.
