Where do you outsource your quick gigs?

Hey devs, had a quick question and wanted to get collective wisdom on it.

I'm a full stack dev that also deals with design -- but there are a few tasks that I need to outsource on very impermanent basis like scaling of images or finding logos (just an example).

Where do you go to get these accomplished? I don't imagine these tasks taking more than an hour or two and costing more than $20-$100.
