Which SMB eSignature solution do you currently use?

Despite there being a number of eSignature apps out there, we think the SMB (small and medium business) segment is still underserved. To begin with, the cost to send an electronic signature request is way too high. Especially now, given COVID-19, it's more important than ever to make electronic signatures (1) affordable (2) accessible (3) super intuitive to use. This is the opportunity of a lifetime to transition the rest of the paper signatures workflows to digital signatures.

We're a small team of engineers working on an alternative to DocuSign and Dropbox HelloSign. If you're interested in taking a peek at what we've built thus far, please check out https://www.torosign.com.

From founder to founder, from small business owner to small business owner — love to start a frank discussion around some of these critical (but cumbersome) business workflows. Have you already digitized some of these workflows? What are you paying right now? What do you like about the software, what could be better?

For technical founders, CTOs — would love to hear your thoughts on existing eSignature API. Ideally, taking a PDF form and baking it into your webapp or iOS/Android app should be a walk in the park. Which APIs have you used previously? What parts were amazing, what parts were frustrating to use?
