Yet growing a business and not investing in operational processes is equivalent to leaving the door wide open for Murphy to wreak havoc.
But you don't need to boil the ocean to reduce your risk. You need to focus on the 20% of what you do that provides 80% of the benefit.
Build your processes around those parts and automate or eliminate much of the rest. And, as a side benefit, you've also taken steps to scale your business.
