Why ı Can't target my custom audience on Twitter ads

Hi,
I want to target that ı created a custom audience with handles
Its status looks ready but when ı try to target it become disappears on adset panel.
I can see CRM list but others ı can't.
I checked many places on the web actually couldn't find any solutions.
Do you have any idea or solution about this?

I'm a newbie here, actually ıdk can ı ask for society or get help. ı can delete post if this is foul.
