Thanks! Upvoted yours too! We had the same problem that we were not in the Today list. After some good contact with the PH support team they fixed it for us. Maybe you should try that too. Good luck today!
How were you able to contact them? How long did it take to fix?
There is an Intercom chat at the bottom right corner. They fixed it within half an hour.
