With $3k MRR, my agency is still looking for free projects
3 months ago, I launched Reel, a simple design agency created to help startups get design tasks done in 24 hours. As a result, I earn $10k in 3 months with $3k MMR and $7k from one-time projects.
Our 11 talented designers have completed more than 300 projects since October 2021. While I still financially support the agency until we become profitable, I am looking for a way to get more projects to increase our brand awareness and reach more potential leads.
