    Can I also suggest adding a value proposition statement?
    Here’s how I do it for myself

    Our Value Proposition

    1. What unmet customer needs, problems, desires are we fulfilling (functional, emotional, psychological)?
    2. Which are pain relievers and gain creators?
    3. What is the unique promise our offer provides?
    4. How do they articulate their needs/problems/desires?

    Type of Value:
    Functional: Time | Money | Health | Safety | Security | Obstacle | Friction | Barrier | Unwanted
    Emotional: Connection | Family | Friendship | Love | Belonging
    Psychological: Self-Esteem | Freedom | Confidence | Respect | Recognition | Reputation | Strength | Power | Fulfill your potential | Certainty | Autonomy | Relatedness | Fairness

      This is a more detailed way to think about this for sure, will try to fit ideabot into this. :D
