Youtube channel for my Templates

Hey everyone, I've been doing my project Falcon Templates and created a youtube channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCCBR0OdZwmCkXwakOCSDLlA

I was thinking about creating not just videos about the products but also tutorials. Is this a good idea or a waste of time? Any feedbacks

Hey Oleg, good job on MkDocs video. It's quite decent. Cool product you're building too:)

Tutorials are for gaining leads to your products right? I think, that depends on the stage of your product. If you are trying to gain 10-100 users, it's easier to get them by sales. I'm not a YouTuber, but I imagine it takes at least 3-4 months of serious work (like 1 video every other day) to get anything meaningful (we first need to be good at making tutorials). If you're trying to grow beyond that stage, general purpose tutorials would make sense to me.

It's just a thought, but your product reminds me of IonicFramework I used to work a while ago. Can you go about those users and ask to check it out? You can maybe follow the followers Ionic's Twitter account. OR, maybe you can reach out to those YouTubers making tutorials already to try out your products. Maybe one or two of them will upload a video tutorial for your product;)

As for the feedback on your tutorial videos, it would have helped with a little more intro of those tools (first 1-2 minutes). Something like "MkDocs is a popular way to make a document. This was an open source projected developed in 2014", for example.

PS: I'd appreciate it if you can fill out my product's survey, Oleg:)

Thank you for your feedback, it really means a lot for me. The is more than 100 users who bought apps already, so it mainly to bring more users and educate them as these templates are real native application. Good luck with your product too (passed survey).

I see. I'm glad you went through the initial hurdle! Good luck with growing the audience reach:)
