Converted the app into a PWA

The goal was for users to be able to "install" the app so that the process is even faster, and of course, able to work offline.

I realize this is of course only for a very narrow target market (Greece) but I'm sharing here just in case someone has the time and will to contribute a translation or to give any suggestions or code review.
