Got 1st paying customer!

Our biggest learning so far was that we need to charge for our product! By shifting our focus and building products for those with a latent need and a willingness to pay, we are finding that we have clearer product focus and a more direct path to profitability. By rolling out our first power user tool, we already have one paying customer and a fledgling pipeline of new users to onboard. Next step, $100 MRR!
