AnalystsNow is an "analytics done for you" service for businesses with $4k MRR or more. These founders are busy and know they need expert help.
I'm happy to report that the funnel can work perfectly. A previous milestone posted to Twitter drove a founder to check out my homepage, and in his words, "it converted me perfectly" and so he signed up for the free consultation.
After a short discussion, he called the pricing "a no-brainer" and agreed to sign up. After a little while, the subscription invoice was activated.
So, that's two "no-brainer" conversions, and it looks like my landing page is on to something.
I've just done that customer's first dashboard in Mixpanel, and I'm super excited to show it on the first call.

2021's MRR was $250, but with two quick closes in January I passed $600.
One of these is a test of an off-menu pricing plan, for someone earlier stage than I would usually serve.
The other is a Substack category Top 10 newsletter. Newsletter founders tend to make great customers. They know they need help with data and want insight so that they can get back to work.
Massive shout out to Peter Kazanjy for Founding Sales. My pitch followed his format and it couldn't have gone more perfectly. Like:
"Sounds great. How about pricing?"
I'm so glad you asked! clicks to next slide, which is pricing
"Oh, that's a no-brainer, send me the paperwork"
Now it's time to find more of these customers!
