Windows 10 Build of Announcr Location Speaker.

In preparation for an MVP release, one of the major shortcomings I was facing in Announcr is that the "Smart Speaker" end of things was built to run on FireTV mainly, as those are super cheap and easy to hook up to some speakers without needing a display.

However, it means a little DIY stuff, or having people buy a completed setup from me, which I'm not ready to sell just yet.

I want wide distribution with Announcr, but it's not going to be as cool if people don't also have Announcr speaker setups inside their houses.

I had been so focused on the FireStick distribution method that I completely didn't think about just making a Windows build of the app, since I'm using Unity. I burned some midnight oil to get a Windows build running, sorted out some minor issues, and will be able to offer it at release.

This means a much larger body of people will be able to download and try out Announcr right away instead of waiting on the early adopters to sniff it out.
