Hit $100 MRR

We started offering a simpler web-based version of Arrows and dropped the price to $25. We finally got 4 new customers at this plan (and grandfathered in the first two customers who had paid higher amounts). This whole period was about learning, not maximizing revenue. We still didn't feel totally comfortable with where the product was to launch it.
