Add about page

Just add the about page on AskMakers.
I thought that It's difficult for some people to sign up for an app which they don't know what it is for.
So in order to make the purpose clear, I have made the about page.

I am nobody. I don't have a big Twitter account.
I am just a humble Japanese guy in Vancouver.
But I need people to trust me and then use AskMakers.

I hope the about page helps it.
