Authmoji was featured on Product Hunt today. Super exciting to see that community engage with the Authmoji, provide feedback and test emoji based 2factor authentication. We'd love to see the Indie Hacker community engage with the post at https://www.producthunt.com/posts/authmoji
A few early users testing our demo expressed need for country selection. We've added SMS support for dozens of countries opening up authmoji and our emoji based SMS two-factor auth to the world. It makes for a much better demo and should really help as we grow our audience.
Authmoji has released the "Getting Started" documentation to quickly add Authmoji to your website or web app. We'll be allowing early user 1000 free auth's to test out the platform, provide feedback and hopefully continue using the Authmoji Two factor authentication solution!
www.authmoji.com successfully went live. The website and product design was built by me while my cofounder worked on the core application code. Visitors can sign up for early access and demo the application to receive a unique code and run through authenticating with an emoji sequence.
A friend and I got together to tinker on Authmoji and get a base level MVP up and running to open up the idea to external feedback and further refine the idea and gauge interest in using emojis ad two factor authentication method. Work began on the website and app.
Was frustrated with a two factor authentication application and started thinking about ways it could be a little more delightful. Authmoji isn't aiming to be be the most secure two-factor authentication platform but aims to delight customers on other's websites while adding two factor security.
Authmoji aims to bring a little delight to two-factor authentication.
