yes, you are right. Its for the small teams who are dealing with other B2B customers for sales and support, and need to manage internal tasks.
I have been participating in the Y-Combinator Startup School for the last 9 weeks, and have been talking with about 3-4 founders every week.
You can see some of their feedback on the below page which has been mostly positive. People are eager to have such product as currently there is no other similar product offering available in the market.

As a solo founder, I feel like I'm not really sold on the idea here. The landing page just describes it as the ultimate all in one solution, but doesn't really say what problem it's solving. I don't feel like I need an all-in-one solution for anything.
I recommend improving the landing page copy to give a proper explanation of the problems and pains that your product solves.
