Package free takeaway and delivery with Bûmerang

in the recent years, Food take-away services and food delivery are growing insanely. Nowadays is rare to know someone who cooks their meals everyday as our families used to do when we were kids, we live in a very fast paced society with very little time so the "no cooking" economy has started. We all have more time to spend on instagram and that's great, right?
With the raise of these kind of services, there is a hidden side of the coin that normally gets unnoticed, the huge amount of waste that is created by the containers containing all your food.

Introducing bûmerang box

We want to continue making your life easier without the problem of creating tons of waste every time you order takeaway food. Bûmerang will be a packaging service for restaurants where users will be able to receive their food on a reusable container, when they are done eating, the only thing they have to do is return the containers in one of our partner shops and continue with their daily life.

We are starting this project in sunny Barcelona, with a small MVP to validate the viability of the business model, to start no technology will be created, is important to answer the following questions:

• Are restaurants willing to pay the minimum price for the service? (100€/month per 50 containers/day)

• Do restaurants want to clean their own containers?

• Are takeaway food consumers worried about this problem and willing to improve it using our service?
