Set up Google Analytics Goals

I've had the classic suite of analytics and tracking tools in place for a while, but finally sat down and gave time to creating goals specific to my MVP, rather than general to my brand.

I thought through the ideal consumer journeys to discovery and use of Beaker's chatbot, then set up Google goals that would serve as proxy goals to the success of conversion.

For example, I set up specific tracking on how people discover the bot, and from what referral or channel they come from the most. More specifically, from which channels are my users that spend the most time on the recommend face wash product page coming from?

I'm so much more focused now that I can strategize around specific metrics!
