The idea first brews

Ali Grimaldi @aligrim

Tzeying, UX Strategy & Research, and Ali, Concept Validation & Development, work together at an innovation lab.

Ali was working on a few surveys for a different work projects. As she was writing them, she kept searching files for previous survey questions they'd already written. (...Which monthly Household Income range did we use in Singapore?...I swear I asked purchase preference somewhere before...).

Tzeying, seeing Ali struggle, suggested that to build an internal database to store all their survey questions. This way they could easily find and pull them up when they need them later.

Ali, being difficult, responded with with a resounding, "naaahhh no need. It's fine!"
