Restructuring Content into Community

I've blown past all the goals I've set in the past few months. Going to take some time to review and restructure my content and gear it towards community.

So many smart people are customers now and can help one another. The only way this will really scale is if I can empower members to help other members.

How can I get people talking to each other? This would take the customer service pressure off of me and enable more people to find their path through the 100+ videos. My hope is that the videos themselves are useful, and that the questions I get enrich the videos. OR provide fodder for future videos.

I'd rather not get bogged down in directing new customers through the videos. Also why I'm building the website myself. Instead of using LMS. I think I'll try to take a little more time to build a Better LMS.

First step: I made a new facebook group for people who love google sheets: I Love Google Sheets
It's open to everyone, literally anyone can sign up, if you're a better sheet member or not.

And I'll soon be starting a new facebook group only for Better Sheet Members. So that you all can meet each other, show off your work and learn from each other.

BUT: I wanted to start with a public group first. I figured a FB group solves a lot of the problems I had with coding a forum or a group behind the paywall.

I had looked at Circle and Discord, but it was a customer who asked for a FB group that made me realize it's the simplest solution for right now.
