2K+ newsletter subscribers since launching in May

It took 109 days to reach 2,000+ active subscribers with the Blogging for Devs newsletter.

This means that on average, about 18 people have subscribed (and stayed subscribed!) every day 🙀

In reality, it tends to come in larger waves, then off-peak averages of 3-10/day.

The Email Course is still pretty much the only way to subscribe to the newsletter, and I think I'll keep it that way.

I like that it attracts action-oriented people and triggers great conversions with subscribers :)

Congrats, that's huge achievement. To ask you, did you saw higher growth after you reach certain number of subscribers? For example when you passed 500 subscribers?

Hey! So, the biggest portion of people who subscribed learned about the newsletter during the launch. Then it was mostly word of mouth that sustained it (and contributed to more, but smaller spikes) along the way.

I wrote an article about the newsletter launch here if you're curious: https://bloggingfordevs.com/launch-a-newsletter/
