I just got this comment on my HN post an hour ago:
"Whew, I'm building an app for employee onboarding and your site gave me a heart attack because it's so beautiful. I signed up for early access."
I know it seems trivial, but for some reason it hit me right in the feels man. Almost made me tear up a bit.
There's so much struggle, self-doubt, sacrifice and rejection going on behind the scenes of an indie product. I'm sure you guys know exactly what I'm talking about.
But when you see all your hard work starting to come together, and you hear people appreciating the effort you put in, it makes it all worth it. Even just a simple comment, there's no feeling quite like it.
Thank you awesome stranger for making my day ❤️
