Feature complete on Bookly MVP

Feature complete on the Bookly MVP. It's incredibly satisfying to build a fully working product in just a few months compared to older projects that took years.

Lessons learned:

• Firebase cloud functions just don't cut it when dealing with Slack's max 3000ms response time. Moving to a Node app was the best thing I ever did and made debugging/testing so much easier
• Ngrok is the best thing ever for setting up temporary https domains
• Google's App Engine is incredibly easy to configure and deploy with

Next steps are to find beta testers before launching to the world.
