Botmake was getting a lot of viral traffic in an organic way but I also decided to start creating this viral effect by making partnerships with Tiktok Influencers. The price of doing is also is not super high and the return definitely worth it. I would definitely suggest B2C apps to try Tiktok it has a lot of potentials.

I just helped the customer on a Zoom call and she was very happy with all the things that bot can do and decided immediately to upgrade to premium, very happy to see people are using something you build effectively and wants to pay for it.
I decided to offer a Black Friday deal of 50% off (I think fair enough) to get some new customers. I applied it only to the annual plan. I sent an email to all free accounts. It is around 20.000 users. I hope I can convert some free users to a premium plan🚀
I just added an annual plan which price is €89.99 I made a 25% discount for this plan and now waiting for the first annual customer. I know people hate to pay monthly maybe this will work great and will help me to get new customers. I think 25% off is a fair deal and should work effectively!
One day I got an email alert notification my website is down 😱. I quickly logged into the server and restarted the PHP-fpm (this always works in panic situations) and the website was up again. Then I quickly checked Analytics if this is happening due to high traffic and yes I saw around 200 people in real-time and the server already was operating on the limits in terms of CPU and memory...

I saw someone's post on IndieHackers about low acceptance rate and effect on sales of AppSumo. I decided to try my chance. I almost forgot about it and suddenly got an acceptance email. It was an amazing feeling. Now will track the results.
Yesss!! Finally, I reached the goal of the 10 paying customers. I think it is really nice number. 10 people in the world 🌏are paying for something that you made. This is an amazing feeling. The product is growing really slow but I am learning a lot on this journey. I got my last customer by using Live chat on the website and after helping the customer 2 days in a row he decided to upgrade. This is maybe the not a scalable way in a long run as a solo founder but who cares let's focus on now.

Users can now add their chatbots to their discord servers. There is no any strong alternative for creating Discord chatbots and this feature will give us a strong advantage. I should now run some marketing strategies around this new feature. Implementation took 2 days in total. First I tried to implement with PHP but finally decided to go with Node.js because Discord.js library is very powerful, simple and popular.
