Western food produce has been hard to find locally with little available easily online.

December 18, 2019 Expanded low tech, brick and mortar.

Britishop started off as a purely online offering, which set us apart from potential competitors and allowed us to keep the whole operation lean, efficient and cost effective.

But over the months so many people asked "where is your shop" that their was only so many times we could answer "online".

Unrelated events meant that office refurbishments were planned for our other businesses so it was decided to setup a small walk in shop within the office.
This still kept our core advantages, no dedicated rent or staff costs while reaching an offline audience as well as online.

Had numerous comments about "expected something bigger" from walk ins now, but they are walking in at least. Majority understand and are fine with our core focus remaining online with the local shop just an extra option for those who prefer it.

March 26, 2019 First Sale!

It a took a few weeks from launch to first sale but after that the momentum started to take hold. Several months hit new heights as things continued to develop and grow.
Repeat customers provided confirmation that the business was viable and fulfilling customers needs.

March 7, 2019 Website Launched

After a few weeks of preparations we had our new website and online store live and ready to go at the start of March.

The service was available to our local region of Pattaya with free delivery for all orders over 1000 THB. Product range was initially a limited selection with plans to expand as we could measure demand.
