Release of Brooklet v1.13

This release is all about making it easy to set up and quicker to track.

New presets are now available. Keep track of General Mental Health, Practice Positivity, Anxiety, Depression, Panic attack, ADHD, Meals, Beginner's Workout, Pain, Migraine, Fibromyalgia, Menstrual Cycle, or Medication.

Also, you can now track a whole folder of data streams at once.
