3,000 people are interested in receiving my content... unbelievable.
At this point, I'm not even focusing or trying to get people to sign up, they just keep coming on their own. However, there are a few tweaks I've done to make sure my list constantly growing:
Opt-in content - Before, I had the grocery list visible on each meal plan. Now, to reduce cluttering on the content, I've created grocery list PDF's. Printable shopping lists! All people have to do is exchange their name and email in order to access the file. Easy peasy.
Coming soon sign-up form - To prepare for the launch of my first membership plan (Keto-focused), I created a landing page. It's a sad looking landing page, but it's doing its job and collecting leads. This not only helps my mailing list to grow, but it's all growing for a specific niche of people. This could be the money maker in the future, who knows!
I used to (well, still am) annoyed by those who plaster opt-in forms all over their website... but now I understand it. As a project that thrives on its mailing list audience, this is what I have to do to be successful.
I've cracked the code! :D
