3,000 people are interested in receiving my content... unbelievable.

At this point, I'm not even focusing or trying to get people to sign up, they just keep coming on their own. However, there are a few tweaks I've done to make sure my list constantly growing:

Opt-in content - Before, I had the grocery list visible on each meal plan. Now, to reduce cluttering on the content, I've created grocery list PDF's. Printable shopping lists! All people have to do is exchange their name and email in order to access the file. Easy peasy.

Coming soon sign-up form - To prepare for the launch of my first membership plan (Keto-focused), I created a landing page. It's a sad looking landing page, but it's doing its job and collecting leads. This not only helps my mailing list to grow, but it's all growing for a specific niche of people. This could be the money maker in the future, who knows!

I used to (well, still am) annoyed by those who plaster opt-in forms all over their website... but now I understand it. As a project that thrives on its mailing list audience, this is what I have to do to be successful.

I've cracked the code! :D

    Impressive growth.

I wouldn't start with a keto plan. Like Tim Ferris rightly said keto is the only diet that done 99% correctly can give you no results and even serious health issues. Other diets are a lot easier to implement and less risky.

Funny, I've not heard that quote - Keto is really popular though - and it IS a medical diet created by a doctor. I've done it for 2 months and lost weight, but stopped as I like carbs :) But I've met a LOT of people crushing it on keto . Never heard of any health issues though - what health issues can one have ?

First of all I never said that keto is bad. I've said that it is hard to do it right and if you dont wear a glucose monitor 24/7 you can easily mess it up without even realize it. Second, just google and you will find the video where Tim Ferris said the quote I reported. Third, the fact that a lot of people you have meat had zero problems with keto doesn't mean that doing keto in the wrong way can't cause problems. And it's enough to add a spoon of sugar to your coffee,
eat too much avocado or even a bit of stevia for some people. Clearly, problems require time to manifest and not everbody experience them.

Hi Luqa, first you're very defensive. No reason to be, I was just commenting as you were, not attacking or accusing.

And any diet that requires abstinence from food groups (vegetarianism, veganism, keto, etc) all can have health problems if not balanced -

And I don't listen to Tim Ferris, and have no interest - which is why I haven't heard him, nor care to. Many people have many strong opinions about a lot of things - diet, tech, life - none of which are really important to me :)

Keto is about keeping the body in ketosis - fueled by ketones - generated when carbs are extremely low - and is measured different ways - and not being in ketosis is not a health issue - being diabetic is probably the main issue that anyone on keto needs to worry about...

enjoy, don't take me too seriously - I was just commenting on the fact that I hadn't heard the quote - not that the quote surprises me - too many opinions about things that are very difficult to quantify or qualify.

If you don't reach ketosis, the proteins that you eat (and in keto you eat a lot of them) can be transformed by our body in glucose. And this can bring you health issues, even severe, if you do it for long enough time.
