"Officially" came up with idea

The idea technically popped in my head in 2013 after building my first home. The process was TERRIBLE. After speaking with several other homeowners, the far majority were in agreement. The experience in beginning the home building process was not favorable. I let the idea simmer for a few years, occasionally going back to my notepad, adding a feature here and there. It was not until 2017 that I began to create the vision on a more regular basis.
