More than 3,000 orders generated via BYOB!

After launched my Shopify app BYOB for 4 months, there are more users installing the app to their Shopify stores. To my surprise, it was quite effective for some stores. Sometimes, I can see more than 100 orders generated for a store in a single day! Look like the model is working.

Now the problem is to handle increasing support requests. There are quite a lot of customization and integration requests. For example, how to add a text box, how to integrate with another app on the template, etc.

In general, it takes several hours to handle each of them. I find it hard to catch up now. Therefore, I stop the ads to do it slower

When the time is near Black Friday and Cyber Monday (BFCM), I will prioritize stability over new features. Hopefully, there will be no downtime during the peak period of the year.

I hope there will be more paid users investing into BYOB

Congrats! Just checked out your app and it looks good. Retail discount mechanism has always been one of the high demand yet high complexity areas, it's a great to see you nailing it.
