We have closed on more than $1M in real estate since we opened the CFC just a few months ago. This accounts for 15 units added to our management portfolio. The terms of management on this management going on for 2 years with the option to renew for another 2 years. This is an additional $1500 paid directly to the company account and not accounted in the stripe revenue. There is a rehab management fee and a finders fee paid to Richard and team. This ranges from $10-50k per property and $1000-8000 a month also not accounted for in the stripe revenue.
