April 20, 2020 Officially closed on our 4th CFC Property

We officially closed on a duplex which is the neighbor to the previous duplex we converted to a 5 plex. This property is being brought back to life from a 2 unit to a 8 unit with double lot and second structure. This property is one of the biggest yet.

April 1, 2020 CashFlow Club and Richard Garcia IG growth

Hit the 7th month threshold on RichardGarciaOfficial and have hit the 100k follower target. Live sessions are over 300 attendees and live trading sessions on IG are reaching double. 100k followers for RG and 11k followers for CFC! Both accounts fully managed by an agency partner. Looking to expand the DayTradeToday IG account also.

March 25, 2020 Launched the DayTradeToday Trading Course

Awesome launch of low ticket offering for our follower base which was craving a good way to learn how to day trade stocks based on momentum and volatility. Richard constructed the day trade today course and now it is a separate community to the cashflow club slack community. The Day trading community is on telegram and currently has 200 members in the first week. Guide was launched at $97 and covers swing trading, long trades, and shorting stocks. Will likely break into separate membership levels soon given the demand.

January 11, 2020 Launched Co-Investing Paid Channel

We just launched our Co-investing channel which will be a private/paid channel at $99 a month for those who want to analyze deals and invest in real estate. Co-investing is on path to surpass previous recurring memberships. This also filtered out the quality of investors in the co-investing community to only those who want to get serious about moving to the next steps.

January 7, 2020 Officially closed on our Third CFC Property!

We have closed on more than $1M in real estate since we opened the CFC just a few months ago. This accounts for 15 units added to our management portfolio. The terms of management on this management going on for 2 years with the option to renew for another 2 years. This is an additional $1500 paid directly to the company account and not accounted in the stripe revenue. There is a rehab management fee and a finders fee paid to Richard and team. This ranges from $10-50k per property and $1000-8000 a month also not accounted for in the stripe revenue.

January 1, 2020 Revamped the Community!

As of January 1 Cashflow club tiered memberships have been discontinued and all previous alumni, current members and course owners have access to different levels of content for Free! This has significantly increased our member base from 100 to now 300 members. The community is much more active and is growing daily.

December 26, 2019 CashFlowClub Recognized as Top growing start up

Our very own favorite IndieHacker has recognized CFC as #1 Top growing start up for the month and Top Revenue Growth for the week. . The best part: Half of CFC's revenue isn't reported because we transact the Co-Investing profits through a separate account from Stripe. Revenue will surpass 60k alone in just Fast Track sales and Community memberships. Co-Investing accounts for another 3ok this month in Co-Investing profits.

December 1, 2019 Launched the Real Estate Fast Track Course

Launched the course and through the waitlist period I reduced the price to $250 a person for 10 spots. That sold out in less than 12 hours. Then I raised to $500 for 50 seats and 50% sold in 24hrs. I then took down the links for the waitlist and released the actual site on Black Friday at $500 and so far brought in another 20+ sales in 2 days. November was our first 20k month with CashFlow club (not including the co-investing deals).

October 11, 2019 Surge in Growth!

Had a 2k recurring Rev surge over the last 24hrs. Growth is almost hard to keep up with. We are now 80 active members in the community and everyday multiple members are joining.

Currently working with multiple investors on Co-investments and raising the money within the community. All the investors own their properties and CFC is the now the full service provider from sourcing the deal all the way through rehab and refinance!

September 21, 2019 Completed construction on an investor property

Not only did we complete the project on time facing a hurricane which delayed us by a week but we also rented 2 of the 3 units by the first of the month allowing the investor to stay on schedule with our projections of cashflow to support more purchases in the near future.
