I asked them to explain in their own words what the service is (based on what they read on the landing page). I asked them to explain how it does it, in their own words. And who they think might use the landing page - whether any people they knew came to mind and to describe those people. Finally I asked what questions they had that were unanswered after viewing the landing page.
