Got our churn rate down to 7%

We did a customer survey asking two simple questions:

What was the problem you were looking to solve before stumbling across ChargeKeep?

How would you describe ChargeKeep to a friend who knew nothing about the tool?

The responses were eye-opening and helped us change the copy on our homepage to more closely match searcher intent.

The users who have signed up since know exactly what the tool is for and churn less as a result.

    interesting! did you do any segmentation on who you sent the survey to? just curious if these were your best customers, a random sampling, etc?

      Didn't do any segmentation as we only had 60 or so customers at the time, so there was very little to segment, and I wanted to maximize the number of responses we got. We ended up getting 15 or so responses and I've since asked the questions of every new customer. But in the future, if I were to segment, it would be among:

      1. Our active users
      2. Our infrequent users
      3. Users who signed up, but never used the tool
