First paying customer!


We shipped our MVP with our first paying customer! is now using our product to handle all of their calls out of business hours.

Our MVP replaces their voicemail with a smart voice assistant, which understands the problem of the callers, asks the right questions and takes down the information needed to solve the problem.

Eonon is a Chinese e-commerce company selling to the west, and due to different timezones, they missed 70% of their calls. The customer support agents spent 40 hours per month on listening to voicemail after voicemail, taking notes and following up on missing details. With Clearcall, they managed to bring that number down to 4 hours a month.
