We have just relaunched our homepage as the feedback we gathered from previous iterations was that the message is confusing.
We would appreciate all feedback to see if you can understand the messaging (as well as feedback on all other aspects as well).

Some quick tips
Chris,
On first read of the text above the fold, I wonder: "Quickest customer support for whom, the customer or the company?" Both are good things, so I can't exclude that either would be offered. The subtitle might clear it up, instead it expands the question into "Quick and simple for whom?"
On second read, I begin to think that it's not about a customer support tool, but a customer-support-tool-building-tool, a class of products I didn't know existed, and which gives the impression of involving significant work (closest things I have to compare with being web site builder, newsletter builder, etc).
Then I scroll down, skim the text, and begin to think that it's about a white-label service that I can brand and customize (perhaps a lot).
At this point I've formed the impression that the benefits beign offered are: a service focused on functioning smoothly (still not sure whether for myself as a company or for my users), fully branded, and probably that I can customize more than the alternatives.
My .02$. Hope that helps.
First, the site design is simple and clean. Good work on keeping it simple.
My main feedback echoes what others have said. I had to read all the way to the “About” text at the very bottom to get the gist, and I’m still not sure I understand. From reading that text, I think it is a cloud-based customer service platform. I’m actually not sure how it works though. Is it API-driven? A widget? An email address? A portal? What would my customer see? What does it look like from an admin perspective? developer perspective?
The headline is confusing because it isn’t clear who the subject is: is it a new kind of customer support tool? who is it solving a problem for? Maybe something like:
Hope that is helpful, good luck!
What is the benefit of "The quickest customer support tool"? Quickest for whom, support provider or the entity being supported? Quickness is a feature, not a benefit. Lead with the benefit.
FAQ should be at the bottom. Features first. Customer testimonials second to last.
I am not entirely sure who your primary target customer is. Is it companies looking to get started with a support system or companies that want to move to a new system?
