3 months in, going strong

Things we've achieved:

• Made a nice group of around 6 developers (and one sales guy!) that are intersted in joining us in the long term
• Got a few project opportunities, wrote proposals, didn't get it, but we did get a project for a startup in Nigeria! Making an app for that as we speak.
• Learned a lot about how to grow an agency and how to do sales
