3 months in, going strong
Things we've achieved:
- Made a nice group of around 6 developers (and one sales guy!) that are intersted in joining us in the long term
- Got a few project opportunities, wrote proposals, didn't get it, but we did get a project for a startup in Nigeria! Making an app for that as we speak.
- Learned a lot about how to grow an agency and how to do sales

Second week of starting the agency
What a week!
- 10 video calls
- 3 cups of coffee (meetings)
- 30 phone calls
- 30 LinkedIn conversations
- 29 WhatsApp conversations
- 59 new linkedin connections
I don't know about you guys, but as a developer this is a bit different for me than what I normally do! Very nice to set up an agency and get to know so many people. It goes beyond expectations and I am hopeful for the coming months! Today 2 more videocall introductions, and then I take time off. Next week again.
