A few tactics that worked:

FInding the right subreddits: First and foremost, you need to follow the rules of the sub. One place I posted to specifically said you could not self promote so instead I shared my milestone of acquiring my first paying sub. That got a lot of upvotes and then people naturally started asking what my product was and then I could share Coffee Chats (https://www.trycoffeechats.com/) in the replies which then got my traffic.

Hosting coffee chats and asking guests to share their thoughts on Linkedin: Each time I host a coffee chat, I'm asking the users to share it on their Linkedins, and since Coffee Chats is targeted toward people who are looking to give or get advice, it's converting really well to traffic.

Posting wins on IH: Obviously, can't forget that IH contributed a good chunk of traffic as well. Posting milestones seems to be a good way to get visibility and I'm enjoying it as a way to "build in public" and catalog the journey.

Back in high school, we have this "Coffee with the Adviser" every morning wherein one of us in his class will get to talk to him every morning and just have a chat about how things are going.
This is a great idea.

Yes! That's exactly what I'm hoping to get out into the world but at scale. The goal would be if everyone on LinkedIn had a Coffee Chat profile so that people could easily find time to connect versus spending time on DMs and emails to figure out a time.
