Connecting condo management and residents
Communication between residents and the management team in condos is still largely paper and noticeboards. We are bring connectivity, remote access and notifications into the mix.
First day we promote CondoHelper and a double result.
1st was a meeting with a condo developer with 2 buildings build and 2 in construction. Turns out they are actively searching for exactly what we offer and keen to look into the solution more.
2nd was the first genuine (our lead developer doesn't count!) request from a condo resident asking us to signup their condo. Although this condo hasn't expressed interest themselves, we hope the interest of the residents will turn into a strong acquisition tool... time will tell.
After a few months part time effort we are finally ready to launch.
Website is live and both sides of the app are functional, performing all key functions.
Time to get some early users on board for testing, feedback and polishing the final product.

With a gap in other projects it is time for our development team to get started on Condo Helper.
Management platform, residents login and mobile apps for IOS & Android are in the pipeline and moving ahead at a good speed.
We look forward to an initial launch soon.
After discussions with a property developer on an unrelated matter, the idea for Condo Helper popped up.
Digging into the market, opportunity and competition it was clear that here was a gap with major benefits and a significant market potential.
